6. Embossed curtains

Embossed at high temperature on woven flat yarn or flat cloth is called embossing; it is mainly divided into 3D embossing, electric carving embossing, gluing and other different processes.

The characteristics are full three-dimensional sense, rich patterns and good gloss.

7. Flocking curtains

The method of vertically fixing short fibers (generally 0.03~0.5cm in length) on a substrate coated with adhesive is called flocking.

The principle of flocking is to use the physical property of like charges repelling and opposite charges attracting, so that the fluff carries a negative charge. When the object to be flocked is placed under zero potential or grounding conditions, the fluff is attracted by the plant body with different potential and accelerates vertically to the surface of the object to be flocked. Since the plant body is coated with adhesive, the fluff is vertically adhered to the plant body.

Flocking features: strong three-dimensional sense, bright colors, soft touch, luxurious and noble, gorgeous and warm, lifelike image, non-toxic and odorless, heat preservation and moisture-proof, no lint, friction-resistant, smooth and gapless.

8. Cut velvet curtains

Cut the loops of ordinary towels to make the surface of the fabric full of flat velvet. Cut velvet towels can be cut on both sides, or on one side and the other side is still terry. It is also possible to cut the velvet partially to form a pattern of velvet loops coexisting and lining each other. Cut velvet cloth is soft and comfortable to use. It has stronger moisture absorption and softness than ordinary cloth towels.

9. Burnt flower curtains

A process of printing corrosive chemicals on the surface of a fabric composed of two or more fibers and drying and treating it to destroy a certain fiber component to form a pattern is called burnt flower.

The characteristics are good air permeability, stable size, strong scratching, quick drying and ironing.
